When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Ashlee James Designs.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered production.

If an order is changed, declined, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information supplied with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Refund, Reprint, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Products purchased from Ashlee James Designs are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time the order is placed.

Products sold by Ashlee James Designs are made to order, so production time is required before shipment.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional charges may apply for a replacement or reshipment.
